We mainly use the physical production process, taking air and water vapor as activators, and combining it with special rotary kilns to produce activated carbon under high-temperature conditions. The activated carbon produced by this method has the advantages of strong adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, small fluid resistance, stable chemical properties, high purity, and easy regeneration.

Carbonaceous raw materials (such as coconut shell, wood, or coal) are first carbonized in a furnace under limited oxygen conditions to produce char. The char then enters an activation furnace, where it reacts with steam or activating gases at high temperature to develop a porous structure. After activation, the material is cooled, crushed, screened, and packaged. This process forms a highly porous structure with strong adsorption capacity, suitable for water treatment, air purification, and industrial applications.

Dynamic pyrolysis ensures even heating with no entrainment, producing carbon with high carbon content, low ash, and controlled volatile content for superior product performance.
Uses indirect heating and internal heat circulation to reduce pyrolysis temperature and energy consumption, retaining most energy in carbon, gas, and oil forms for sustainable operation.
Exhaust gas temperature maintained around 300°C in the furnace interlayer, enabling reuse for raw material drying or through heat exchangers, enhancing energy utilization.
Emits only 1/10 of tail gas compared to traditional incineration methods, significantly reducing environmental impact while maintaining efficient carbonization.
