Wood chip dryer is a drum drying equipment developed by our company for wood chip drying. The wood chip raw materials are fed into the drum through screw conveyor, and the high temperature hot air is used to reduce the moisture content of the wood chips from 40% to less than 10%. After the drying process is completed, the dried biomass is collected and prepared for energy production or further processing. It is suitable for biomass briquetting plants, biomass power plants, biomass pellet plants and other industries. It has a short drying time, small footprint, and is very convenient to install and maintain.
Our wood chip dryer system can be used to dry any biomass material, such as agricultural waste, forestry waste, municipal solid waste, etc. The equipment has a high degree of automation and can be adjusted according to the characteristics, output, application requirements, etc. of each biomass material.
