The biomass dry distillation carbonization furnace is Jiutian's new model products. The machine adopts an advanced thermal dry distillation carbonization technology. It greatly increases the carbonization rate from 85% to 98%, which is an easy operation, safe and protected environment, and high production efficiency, which can save a lot of energy. It is the ideal equipment of coal, gas, oil, power plant.

More sets of combined distillation carbonization furnace use the hoisting composite structure. It uses the hanging from the cooling method to shorten the production product date. And the efficiency of charcoal production is improved. meanwhile using a unique carbon gas (volatile hydrogen material and tar etc.) back burning technology. The flue gas produced by carbonization is sufficient usage. In addition to satisfied the demand of heat stove, to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection requirements. HOW DOES EQUIPMENT WORK?

The furnace adopts anaerobic dry distillation to carbonize biomass. Raw materials are loaded into the inner tank, sealed, and heated to 220–250°C for drying, then maintained at 300–450°C for carbonization, with recovered combustible gas reused for heating.

After cooling below 50°C, charcoal is discharged. Each cycle takes about 3.5–5.5 hours, with multiple furnaces operating in parallel to improve efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
