Fly ash dryer is also known as the three-layer drum dryer, is developed and manufactured on the basis of the single drum dryer. At present, the three-cylinder dryer produced by Jiutian company has mature technology, and has a good drying effect on fly ash, coal ash, pond ash, bottom ash, etc., widely used in construction, building materials, water and electricity, etc. industry. Jiutian fly ash dryer has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, reliable operation, low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency, good drying effect, and operator saving.
Working principle:
Fly ash are sent to the feeder by belt feeding machine, then transport from the feeding machine to drying drum, the fly ash is stirred by shoveling plate in the drying drum, even disperse to make fully contacting with hot air, to reach the goal of transferring heat for drying. At last, the fly ash finished products is sent out through the discharging machine in the end of drum, then through the belt discharging to arrive the finished products area, completing the whole drying process.
