The wood shaving machine can process various woods (such as sticks, branches, pine, logs, furniture scraps from furniture factories, waste wood branches, etc.) into batches of thin shavings with uniform thickness. The wood enters the machine from the feed port, is sliced by the blade inside the machine, and shavings are punched out. The size and thickness of the shavings are uniform, and the automatic feeding method can help the production line improve productivity and save time and labor.

Logs, wood blocks, or offcuts are fed into the machine through the feeding system. Inside the machine, a high-speed rotating cutter drum equipped with blades continuously slices the wood into thin, uniform shavings with controlled thickness and length. The size of the shavings can be adjusted by changing the blade angle, feeding speed, or screen settings.
The produced shavings are discharged from the outlet and can be used for particleboard production, packaging filling, or animal bedding.
