After proper treatment, manure can be turned into a fertilizer with great market value, creating added value for poultry farms. Jiutian chicken manure dryer is the basic equipment for chicken manure utilization. It can dry and process chicken manure into renewable energy and use it as fertilizer and feed. The entire drying process is closed and will not cause any pollution to the environment.
The fermentation process has the functions of heating, insecticide, deodorization, and nutrient enrichment. The moisture content of fermented chicken manure is less than 40%. However, considering the long-term storage and production of granular organic fertilizer, the moisture content of dry chicken manure must be less than 15%, so professional drying equipment is needed to dry chicken manure fertilizer.

Drying Process:
Manure with 75–85% moisture is first dewatered to about 65%, then conveyed into a mixing rotary drum dryer for downstream drying. As the drum rotates, lifting flights continuously raise and disperse the material, maximizing heat exchange with hot air for rapid moisture evaporation. The drum structure ensures sufficient drying time and prevents material buildup, while an internal cleaning device avoids sticking.
Air Flow Process:
Air is heated in the hot air furnace to 600–850°C and drawn into the dryer by an induced draft fan. After three-layer heat exchange, the temperature drops to 55–65°C before discharge. Exhaust gas is purified through a cyclone and wet dust collector to meet emission standards.
