Aiming at the defects that ordinary tumble dryers cannot adapt to the phenomenon of weak bonding and cohesive material drying with moisture greater than 50%, low evaporation per unit area, and high fuel energy consumption, this machine adds agitating high-speed rotating blades to strengthen the the material crushing and dispersion function, the surface area of the material is fully expanded, and the material is fully contacted with hot air to transfer heat and evaporate the moisture of the material. Because the particles of the material are minimized, the heat transfer and evaporation rate of the moisture is greatly increased.

The flowchart of material: Moisture content is about 50-65% and peat is fed by a screw conveyor into a rotary drum dryer to achieve downstream drying. The materials are continuously picked up and scattered under the copying board, and the materials are scattered and spirally advanced. The inner of dryer has stirring blade device will make the material fully stirred, break up and beat, and the material and the hot gas are fully in heat exchange. The moisture quickly evaporates and vaporizes. The material that achieves the drying effect quickly moves out of the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that does not reach the drying effect that cannot travel fast due to its own weight, and the material inside of the drum is fully dried to achieve a drying effect, and the drying process is completed and discharged from the screw conveyor. Inside the drum has a shock cleaning device to prevent material sticking to the wall.
