HOW DOES EQUIPMENT WORK?

Drying Process:

Manure with 75–85% moisture is first dewatered to about 65%, then conveyed into a mixing rotary drum dryer for downstream drying. As the drum rotates, lifting flights continuously raise and disperse the material, maximizing heat exchange with hot air for rapid moisture evaporation. The drum structure ensures sufficient drying time and prevents material buildup, while an internal cleaning device avoids sticking.

Air Flow Process:

Air is heated in the hot air furnace to 600–850°C and drawn into the dryer by an induced draft fan. After three-layer heat exchange, the temperature drops to 55–65°C before discharge. Exhaust gas is purified through a cyclone and wet dust collector to meet emission standards.
