Since the pulp has a high moisture content and is composed of a variety of fibers, if the drying temperature is too high, it will easily lead to fiber plasticization and even fire; conversely, if the drying temperature is too low, the drying requirements will not be met. Therefore, drying pulp is very difficult, and temperature control is particularly important.
The "three-cylinder multi-return" pulp dryer produced by Zhengzhou Jiutian is based on the single-cylinder dryer through innovative design and transformation. This equipment uses "three-stage multi-loop drying technology" to divide the entire drying process into three stages. Wet pulp is fed into the drying system by a screw conveyor or pump. Inside the rotary dryer, the material is continuously lifted and dispersed, allowing full contact with hot air or heated surfaces. Through efficient heat exchange, moisture rapidly evaporates and is carried away by the exhaust airflow.
As drying progresses, the pulp moves gradually toward the discharge end. Final moisture content is typically reduced to the required level for storage or further processing. Exhaust gas is treated by a dust collection system to ensure clean and environmentally compliant operation.
