Paper pulp is a lumpy substance formed by soaking, removing impurities, breaking, pulping, filtering and dehydrating recycled waste cartons, book paper, newspapers, etc. When the moisture content of pulp is reduced, it can be used to make a variety of products, including paper products, textiles, diapers and hygiene products. Since the pulp has a high moisture content and is composed of a variety of fibers, if the drying temperature is too high, it will easily lead to fiber plasticization and even fire; conversely, if the drying temperature is too low, the drying requirements will not be met. Therefore, drying pulp is very difficult, and temperature control is particularly important.
The "three-cylinder multi-return" pulp dryer produced by Zhengzhou Jiutian is based on the single-cylinder dryer through innovative design and transformation. This equipment uses "three-stage multi-loop drying technology" to divide the entire drying process into three stages. Then, according to the characteristics and needs of the pulp, the air volume, wind speed, wind direction and heat are freely distributed and independently regulated; the water vapor is separately The end of each stage is discharged in time, which greatly improves the drying efficiency. At the same time, the moisture content of dry materials can be determined according to the range required by the customer.
