HOW DOES EQUIPMENT WORK?

Kitchen waste, typically with 70–85% moisture, is first pretreated by sorting and crushing to remove impurities and reduce particle size. The material is then fed into the rotary drum dryer (or paddle dryer), where it is continuously lifted and dispersed. High-temperature hot air generated by the heat source fully exchanges heat with the material, rapidly evaporating moisture.

As the drum rotates, wetter material remains longer inside for further drying, while dried material moves toward the discharge end. Exhaust gas is treated by a dust removal and deodorization system before emission. The final moisture content is typically reduced to 10–20%, producing a stable product suitable for use as organic fertilizer, feed additive (after further treatment), or fuel material.
