It can be pressurized into place within 35 seconds. The raw materials obtained by mixing glue are molded by high temperature and high pressure. Combined with molds of different sizes and patterns, different wood pallets can be produced.
The raw materials for molded pallets can be waste wood, sawdust, sawdust, shavings, logs, planks, branches, wood chips, waste pallets, etc. and wood processing residues. Non-wood materials such as hemp stalks, cotton stalks, reeds, bamboo, etc. can also be used. All fiber-rich raw materials can be used to produce pallets, such as straw, waste paper, bamboo, palm trees, coconut shreds, sugarcane bagasse, etc. The raw materials need to be crushed to the required size for production before molding, so that the fibers of the raw materials are neat and consistent, and the products are more beautiful.

The crushed wood chips or straw were dried at 300-450 ℃ for 3 min, the heat treatment time was 30min, the water in the material was removed, then mixed with the thermosetting resin, and molded at 220 ℃. The pressure was 1400psi or 98kg / cm3. In this process, the internal temperature of the pallet reaches 105 ° C and the internal temperature of the pallet is maintained above 56 ° C for more than 30 minutes and the final moisture content of the product is not more than 9%.
