Wet corn husk is fed into the rotary dryer through a conveyor with stable and uniform control. Inside the drum, lifting plates scatter the material to form a material curtain, allowing full contact with hot air for rapid moisture evaporation. As the drum rotates, the material moves forward and is continuously dried. The exhaust system removes moisture, and dust collectors ensure clean emissions. The line can be equipped with PLC control to maintain stable temperature and final moisture content.
