For example, corn, sorghum, soybeans, cotton, rapeseed, peanut, sunflower straw, chaff, grasses, sawdust, twigs, bark, bamboo shavings, bagasse, etc. Great product density, small volume, good combustibility, and alternative fuel for wood and coal as fuel, which also can be used as a carbonized material. The outer diameter is 50-70 – mm. The hole diameter from 15 to 20 mm. It is a quadrangular prism shape. The die can be change by round, square, hexagon shape etc.

HOW DOES EQUIPMENT WORK?

The straw, hay, sawdust, and other materials to be compressed are chopped or crushed into shreds, with a fiber length ≤50mm and a moisture content controlled within the range of 12-25%. The material is then fed into the feed inlet via a conveyor. The rotation of the main shaft drives the pressure rollers, forcing the material to be extruded in blocks through the horizontal ring mold holes and falling from the outlet, completing the briquetting process. The ring mold holes can be square or circular.
