Soy dregs(okara) are a by-product of the production of soy milk or tofu. Soy dregs are high in protein and can be used to make nutritious feed after processing. Jiutian has developed a new type of okara flash dryer based on the characteristics of strong water-oil binding and difficult drying. The dried bean dregs are uniform in particle size, white in color, not black or mushy, and the drying speed is fast. The wet bean curd residue with high moisture content can be dried to within 12% in a short time. The equipment can work continuously, and the dried bean curd residue can be used as cat litter or feed.
The main features of the okara flash dryer are: small size, small footprint, short drying time, fast drying speed, high thermal efficiency, and continuous production. The okara flash dryer is suitable for drying bean dregs, tofu dregs and other materials. It can be equipped with tofu dregs dehydrator, granulator, baler and other equipment to complete the tofu dregs feed production.
