The bentonite clay dryer is a kind of drying equipment that can handle a large amount of materials. It has reliable operation, great operational flexibility, strong adaptability, large processing capacity and strong adaptability to materials. It can dry a variety of materials, and the equipment operation is simple and reliable. Widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industry. Especially for kaolin, clay, and bentonite, the effect is more obvious.
The bentonite dryer is mainly composed of a rotary body, a lifting plate, a transmission device, a support device and a sealing ring. The bentonite dryer is a cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal direction. The materials are added from the higher end. The high-temperature hot flue gas and the materials enter the cylinder in parallel. As the cylinder rotates, the materials run to the lower end. The lifting plate on the inner wall of the cylinder lifts and drops the materials, which increases the contact surface of the materials and the airflow, in order to improve the drying rate and promote the advancement of the materials. The dried product is collected from the lower part of the bottom.
The bentonite dryer has large processing capacity, low fuel consumption, and low drying cost; it is high temperature resistant and can use high-temperature hot air to quickly dry materials; it has strong overload resistance, smooth cylinder operation, and high reliability.
