Beet residue is the waste residue produced in the process of sugar beet processing. This material contains certain nutritional value and can be dried into feed. However, the moisture content of beet residue is relatively large. How to deal with beet residue with relatively high humidity? The water content can be quickly reduced by using a beet residue dryer, and then processed into feed.

Zhengzhou Jiutian is a feed dryer equipment manufacturer. At present, the specific characteristics of beet residue and other materials have introduced a new type of beet residue dehydration and drying equipment, which can meet the processing demand of more than 20 tons per day. After being processed by Jiutian Beet Residue Dewatering Equipment, the beet residue with high moisture content enters into the Jiutian Beet Residue Dryer through the conveying equipment. The sugar beet residue enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to achieve downstream drying, and the sugar beet residue moves inside. The other end of the layer enters the middle layer and undergoes countercurrent drying. The beet residue is continuously raised in the middle layer, in a two-step forward and one-step travel mode. The beet residue travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The beet residue is in the outer layer. The drum travels in a rectangular multi-circuit mode, and the beet residue that achieves the drying effect quickly travels out of the drum under the action of hot air. The wet beet residue that does not achieve the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight. The beet residue is fully dried in this rectangular plate, thus accomplish the purpose of drying.
After being processed by Jiutian sugar beet residue dehydration and drying production line, the moisture of the sugar beet residue is reduced and can be used as feed material. It is currently used in many factories. Zhengzhou Jiutian beet residue dehydration and drying equipment is directly provided by the manufacturer. Welcome to contact us for more detailed information.
Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
