The specific process is as follows: the wet distiller’s grains with a moisture content of more than 80% are squeezed and dehydrated by the dehydration equipment and the moisture drops to about 65%, and then enters the drying system through the screw feeder. Evenly dispersed and full contact with hot air speeds up the heat and mass transfer of drying. In the drying process, under the action of the inclined plate and the heat medium, the brewer's spent grains are discharged to the star-shaped discharge valve of the brewer's grain dryer to discharge the dried finished product. The dried beer lees processed by this system have good color, aromatic smell and strong animal palatability.
