Focus on heavy equipment
Fly ash dryer equipment has been widely used due to the selection of the air-cleaning system. In order to improve the efficiency of fly ash drying and save energy consumption, the balance between material drying and the amount of air required for upgrading must be considered.
The main function of the system is to increase the amount of hot air to enhance the drying capacity. Its main working principle is to use aerodynamic force to lift the material powder. The coarse powder separator can separate unqualified materials and re-grind them. The wind swept mill is short and thick, and there is no discharge grate at the end, so the resistance can be reduced to a small amount. The preheater at the end of the kiln has exhaust gas. If it is fully utilized, it can dry materials with a moisture content of 8%. If a heat source is added, it can even dry materials with a moisture content of 15%.
The amount of hot air required by the fly ash dryer is less than the amount of hot air required for fly ash drying and material transformation. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of cleaning and material transformation, a part of the gas is recycled into the coal mill, thereby increasing power consumption. When the use of low-temperature exhaust gas and the use of coal pulverizers increase, the situation has changed, that is, the amount of hot air required by the dryer itself exceeds the needs of fly ash drying and coal pulverizers. The power consumption of the fly ash dryer is less than the upgrade, sorting and ventilation of the fly ash dryer, so the unit power consumption of the entire system is lower than that of the rotary mill.
The fly ash dryer can achieve this effect because it can listen to the voice and needs of consumers, and then our company responds to the needs of these technologies and parts when producing equipment, so that they can manufacture the required drying equipment.
