XSG series spin flash dryer is a new type of drying equipment successfully developed by our factory on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign technology. The machine has innovative technology, reasonable design, compact structure, wide application range, large production capacity, good product quality, and completes drying, crushing and screening at one time.

  Working principle: The hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at a suitable spray speed through the inlet pipe, which produces strong shearing, blowing and rotating effects on the materials, so the materials are subjected to centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction. The dividend is granulated, which enhances mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained by the rotating air flow and are further dried during the rising process. Because the gas-solid two-phase rotates and flows, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the two phases of the solid-gas is relatively high, which strengthens the mass transfer and heat transfer between the two phases, so the production intensity of the machine is high.

  Applicable materials:

  Inorganic: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.

  Organic matter: atrazine (pesticide insecticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, folpet, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, etc.

  Ceramics: kaolin, silica, clay.

  Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.

  Food: soybean protein, gelatinized starch, distiller's grains, wheat sugar, wheat starch.
