Focus on heavy equipment
The mineral slag dryer is suitable for rapid drying of wet materials such as bentonite, bauxite, kaolin, blast furnace slag, ore, etc. It has a special drying structure design, a fully sealed structure, and an energy-saving and efficient hot blast stove and dry and wet multi-stage dust removal. The scientific and rigorous operation of the purification system has high slag drying efficiency and strong drying capacity, and the cost of drying one ton of slag is low.

Working principle of mineral slag dryer
The drying system is mainly composed of a hot blast stove, a belt feeder, a drum dryer, a belt discharger, an induced draft fan, a cyclone dust collector, a bag filter (or a wet dust collector) and an operation control system. The equipment adopts the downstream drying process, and its working principle is as follows: After the wet material enters the drying drum, it is divided into the following working areas: one is the material guide area, where the mineral material and slag enter this area and contact with the high-temperature hot air to quickly evaporate the water, and the material at a large lead angle The second is the lifting plate area, where the mineral material and slag are picked up by the lifting plate to form a material curtain state. At this time, the material is in full contact with the hot air, and the mineral material and slag The water quickly evaporates and peels off to become water vapor, and the water vapor is then sucked away by the induced draft fan, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the mineral material and slag; After heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the final discharge area; the third is the discharge area, where the drum does not have a lifting plate, and the material rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
