How to dry wet sawdust? At present, sawdust dryers are commonly used for mechanized drying treatment, and the dried sawdust can be reprocessed into biomass fuel, wood-based panels, etc., to realize its resource reuse. Next, I will take you to briefly understand the process of sawdust drying.
After the wet wood is pulverized by the shredder, it is transported by the conveyor to the drum dryer. Under the action of the unique structure in the drum, it fully contacts with the hot air generated by the hot blast stove, and quickly reduces the moisture content of the wood chips to about 12%. The dried sawdust are discharged out of the cylinder. The sawdust that has not been dried will continue to be in the drum until it is discharged from the drum after drying, and the entire sawdust drying process is completed. The dried sawdust can be extruded by granulator, briquetting machine or rod making machine. The heat source system can be equipped with a biomass hot blast stove. The heat source fuel is easily obtained, the cost of heat is low, and the cleanliness is high.
