Focus on heavy equipment
The drum sludge dryer has reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency and low heat loss. It is a professional sludge drying equipment and is widely used in municipal sludge, urban sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, textile sludge, electroplating sludge drying.So, what should we pay attention to when using the sludge dryer?

1. Do not overload the machine. If the drum type sludge dryer is overloaded, it is very likely to cause the dryer to malfunction, affect the normal production process of the sludge dryer, and cause damage to the sludge dryer;
2. There are many parts in the drum type sludge dryer. We must always observe whether the parts of the dryer equipment are worn out or have abnormal noise and vibration. After finding out, replace the worn and damaged parts in time, and tighten the loose parts. Parts, take measures to prevent dust, rust and corrosion;
3. Prevent the drum type sludge dryer from operating at too high or too low temperature, and always pay attention to the temperature of the hot blast stove and sludge dryer cylinder to prevent the material from being unable to be dried at one time due to too low temperature, resulting in dry Uneven humidity; or waste of energy due to high temperature, burnt materials and denaturation, or even burning;
4. Ensure the uniform feeding of materials, prevent too much or too little, too much will cause the accumulation of materials, sticky walls, clumping and clogging, etc., and the situation that the materials will not be dried; too little materials will cause lead to waste of energy;
5. Check the sealing condition of the drum type sludge dryer to prevent air leakage, heat leakage and dust leakage at the joints of the equipment and the gaps between the welding seams of the equipment, so as to improve the thermal efficiency of the equipment and reduce heat loss;
6. Regularly clean the dust collection of the dust removal equipment of the sludge dryer, and the moisture-proof work of the bag filter.
