Beet scraps are the main by-products of sugar beet production. They are rich in nutrients and are high-quality beet residue feed materials. However, the moisture content of fresh beet residue is too high, and it needs to be dried before processing feed. How to dry beet scraps?
The beet pulp dryer is the main equipment for reducing the water content of beet scraps. The drum dryer is used to quickly evaporate and gasify the moisture of the sugar beet dregs through the principle of heat exchange. Its technological process: after being dehydrated by the dehydrator, the beet residue is transported to the drum dryer by the conveyor, and a uniform material curtain is formed under the action of the unique device in the cylinder, which fully contacts with the hot air generated by the hot blast stove, and quickly removes the beet scraps. The water evaporates and gasifies, and the dried beet scraps contain about 12% water, which meets the standard for long-term storage of sugar beet residue or water content in feed processing.
