Soybean dregs are rich in crude protein and crude fat, and are high-quality and inexpensive feedstuffs. Soybean meal, corn, wheat bran, mineral raw materials are appropriate, as well as some green feedstuffs, with balanced nutrition and low cost. So what is the working principle of the bean dregs dryer?

Bean dregs dryer is a set of continuous bean dregs dryer equipment designed and manufactured for the drying processing of bean dregs, the by-product of soybean protein extraction from bean dregs. The whole set of equipment consists of coal-fired hot blast stove, loading and unloading equipment, rotating drum, high and low temperature pipes, dust removal system, lifting and conveying system, finished product cooling system, finished product warehouse, electrical control system, steel frame and other equipment and institutions.
The working principle of the bean dregs dryer is as follows:
First, the bean dregs are dehydrated to remove most of the water in the bean dregs. The bean dregs pass through the conveyor belt and then enter the bean dregs dryer. Under the action of the special pusher and dry hot air, the bean dregs develop in the opposite direction to the fresh dry hot air. The direction problem is to carry out a continuous movement. This process takes a long time, the temperature effect is relatively low, and the operation speed of the bean dregs management is slow. The bean dregs dryer adopts downstream drying, and the discharge temperature is only 40 degrees. The whole drying process can make full use of these heat energy, and the bean dregs are heated evenly.

Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
