Yeast is an important substance in the beer brewing process. After the beer production is completed, a large amount of yeast cannot be used, discarded or buried, which seriously wastes resources and pollutes the environment. Studies have found that beer yeast contains a lot of nutrients, protein, etc., which is a high-quality feed, but if you want to use beer yeast rationally, you need to use our brewer's yeast dryer.
Yeast dryer is a kind of equipment made according to the characteristics and status of yeast. It is different from the original drum dryer. The equipment adopts a single-cylinder structure and adopts indirect heat conduction for drying. The drying cylinder can complete the drying of the material after one rotation. It is an indispensable equipment for processing yeast materials.
In the drying process: First, the slurry is preheated in the preheating tank, and the temperature is preheated to about 50°C, and then the feed pump is fed into the dipping tank at the lower part of the drying cylinder. The outer surface of the cylinder is coated with a uniform slurry. The steam pressure in the drying cylinder is 0.15-0.3Mpa. The slurry is heated on the outer wall of the drying cylinder, and the moisture is vaporized and discharged by the axial fan. The drying cylinder rotates once, the material is dried, and the flakes are discharged by the scraper on the outer wall of the drying cylinder, and fall to the discharge port to complete the collection. At this point, the drying of the yeast dryer is completed, and the dried yeast nutrients are preserved, with good drying properties, suitable for long-term storage, good palatability for cattle and sheep and other livestock, and further improved economic value.

As a byproduct of the beer brewing process, beer yeast has high nutritional value, but its high moisture content limits its storage and reuse. Yeast drying technology is becoming increasingly important in the beer industry and has become a key link in res
Paper pulp dryers are widely used in the papermaking industry and waste paper recycling industry, playing a key role in saving resources, reducing environmental pollution and improving the efficiency of the papermaking industry.
Brewer's grains are the main by-product of the beer brewing process. They have the characteristics of high moisture content and high viscosity. If they are not handled properly, they are likely to cause environmental pollution. A dedicated brewer's grai
