Sugarcane is widely grown in tropical areas, and prefers places with fertile soil, full sun, and large temperature differences. Sugarcane is a very delicious fruit, but when eating sugarcane, a large amount of bagasse is produced. In everyone's eyes, bagasse is waste. In fact, bagasse has great uses. Bagasse can be used as feed. After the bagasse is recovered, the bagasse and urea can be mixed, then fermented, dried and ground into powder, which can be used as feed for raising cattle, sheep, pigs and other livestock. The bagasse contains a lot of nutrients.
Bagasse drying is inseparable from the bagasse dryer. The bagasse dryer adopts a high-temperature rapid drying process, which has large processing capacity, low fuel consumption, high drying strength, high temperature resistance, and can use high-temperature hot air to quickly dry materials. The bagasse dryer is also equipped with a dispersing device in the barrel. The combination of rapid stirring and drying and airflow drying can fully disperse the viscous materials, greatly increase the contact area between the materials and the heating medium, and facilitate the full drying of the materials .

How to make the bagasse dryer work effectively for a long time and extend its life? The following methods can extend the life of the dryer.
1. Grease the rotating bearings and gears regularly to ensure its lubricity.
2. Regularly clean the cotton wool on the temperature sensor of the dryer. When the temperature difference between the temperature regulator and the thermometer is found, there are two possibilities. One may be that the temperature stick is not put in place, and the other is that there is cotton wool on the temperature stick.
3. Clean the cotton wool filter before using the dryer. If the filter is clogged, the air volume will decrease and the drying speed will be reduced, which will cause unnecessary losses.
4. At the end of the dryer operation, turn the temperature regulator to the 0 degree position to extend the life of the solenoid valve.

Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
