3. The conductive wire of the heating tube of the motor of the fly ash dryer is burned out. The conductive wire of the heating tube is also an important element of the motor's heat dissipation. If it is broken, the heat cannot be conducted in time, which will gradually increase the temperature of the motor. Once the motor's bearing capacity is exceeded, the safety device will break, directly causing the fly ash to stop working, affecting the work process of the entire production line. Therefore, when installing and replacing the conductive wire of the heating tube, the staff should choose a wire of better material to ensure that the fly ash dryer can work safely and stably.
