The flash dryer can dry a variety of materials, and of course it can be used to dry some corrosive materials. So, how does the flash dryer prevent corrosion?

1. Electrostatic spraying polyester resin powder coating
Due to production needs, most flash dryers are made of ordinary carbon steel, but ordinary carbon steel has weak corrosion resistance. If you want to enhance the corrosion resistance of ordinary carbon steel, you need to electrostatic spray polyester resin powder coating. Although ordinary carbon steel is not anti-corrosive, this powder coating has particularly strong corrosion resistance, so this method can be used to achieve the anti-corrosion performance of the flash dryer casing.
2. Using stainless steel cold rolled plate
The cold-rolled plate will directly contact the material, so we can no longer use ordinary carbon steel for spraying to achieve corrosion resistance. At this time, it is necessary to use stainless steel materials that have corrosion resistance. Although the cost is high, the effect is also very obvious.
3. Phosphating-passivation process
In addition to improving the corrosion resistance of the flash dryer during the production process, it can also improve the corrosion resistance of the flash dryer during daily maintenance and maintenance. In order to save costs, 70% of the parts of the flash dryer are made of carbon steel. These parts will produce a lot of rust after a long time. Therefore, we need to derust the flash dryer regularly. In the phosphating-passivation process, not only can the rust be removed by one-time treatment, but also an anti-rust film can be formed on the surface of the part.
The above is an introduction on how to make the flash dryer corrosion resistant. Zhengzhou Jiutian specializes in the production of various flash dryers with mature technology, if you need the equipment, please feel free to contact us.
