The flash dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment that integrates drying, crushing, and sieving. It is especially suitable for the drying of cake-like, paste-like, and slurry-like materials. The drying time of wet materials in the drying tower is only 5-8 seconds, the moisture evaporates instantly, and the quality of the dried product has a great relationship with the drying temperature, wind speed, air volume, and the speed of crushing.
The Spin Flash Dryer is composed of heater, feeder, stirring and crushing system, classifier, drying main pipe, cyclone separator, bag filter, fan, etc.

The flash dryer is tangent to the hot air to enter the bottom of the dryer, driven by the agitator to form a powerful rotating wind field. The material is fed into the dryer quantitatively by the screw feeder and is fully heat-exchanged with the hot air. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the larger and humid material is dispersed by the impact, friction and shear force The bulk material is quickly crushed, and the material with lower moisture content and smaller particle size rise together with the rotating airflow, and it is fully contacted with the hot air, heated and dried, and sent to the separator for gas-solid separation. The dried finished materials are collected and packaged, and the exhaust gas is processed by the dust removal device. The exhaust gas that meets the environmental protection requirements and the dust content ≤50mg/m3 is evacuated by the induced draft fan to complete the entire drying process.
The Industrial Flash Dryer is suitable for boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc., and by adjusting the feed, hot air temperature and classifier to ensure that the moisture content and fineness of the product are uniforms. Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
