The coal dryer consists of a heat source, an inlet and outlet system, a drum, a dust removal system, an electronic control system, etc. The heat source for the coal dryer can be widely selected from various common energy sources such as coal, diesel, natural gas, steam, biomass, etc. According to local environmental protection requirements, the dust removal system can be equipped with a two-stage or three-stage dust removal system including cyclone dust removal, bag dust removal, and wet dust removal. The main body of the drum of the coal dryer is an inclined cylinder with a length of 10-20 meters, and different sizes of cylinders correspond to different processing capacities.
The coal dryer achieves the purpose of drying by exchanging heat between the hot air generated by the hot-blast stove and the moisture in the wet coal. Wet coal enters the drum from the feed inlet and comes into contact with the high-temperature airflow inside. The drum is equipped with lifting plates to ensure that the coal is heated evenly inside the drum, making moisture to evaporate. An integrated intelligent temperature control system automatically senses and adjusts the temperature to ensure uniform drying. The dried coal is discharged from the drum. The dried exhaust gas is purified by the dust removal system and then discharged into the atmosphere, avoiding environmental pollution.
