The beer yeast dryer operates as a continuous indirect heating system, utilizing a steam-heated drum equipped with scraping mechanisms. This industrial drying equipment features the following operational workflow:
1. Feeding → Raw materials are injected into the trough below the rotating drum
2. Film formation → A uniform film is formed on the drum surface (thickness can be adjusted from 0.3 to 1.5 mm)
3. Heat transfer → Steam heating → Drum inner wall → outer wall → Film
4. Dehydration → Water evaporation is completed in a single rotation cycle (3-15 minutes adjustable)
5. Discharging → The scraper system automatically peels off the dry material to the discharging port
This versatile drying system demonstrates exceptional performance in processing various slurry materials:
1. Gelatin: Gelatin is a common food additive, widely used in candy, jelly, yogurt and other foods. After drying in a dryer, it can be made into powder for easy storage and use.
2. Potassium humate/potassium humate: a common chemical raw material, widely used in agriculture, environmental protection and other fields. After drying, it can be used as fertilizer or soil conditioner.
3. Yeast extract: a commonly used raw material in the pharmaceutical industry, which can be used as a pharmaceutical or food additive after drying.
4. Fermentation broth: a slurry waste generated during the pharmaceutical production process, which can be used as a pharmaceutical raw material or environmental protection treatment after drying.

Pulp is the raw material for making paper and cardboard, which is a fiber material made from plants (such as wood, cotton, agricultural waste) or recycled paper, and is formed by decomposing and mixing with water. Wet pulp is a fiber suspension with high
In sugarcane sugar factories, after extracting sugar from sugarcane juice, the remaining sugarcane bagasse can be used as fuel for power plants or boilers. Sugarcane bagasse usually contains 48% to 52% moisture, and due to the energy consumption required
As ethanol production increases, the supply of distiller's grains also increases. Distilled grains are waste produced by distilleries after alcohol production, containing a high amount of fiber and protein, with protein content ranging from 25-35%. After
The steam tube rotary dryer is a type of rotary dryer, which consists of a tube heat exchanger, inlet and outlet center tubes, rotating drum, feeding and discharging devices, induced draft fan, dust collector, and distribution cabinet. Unlike traditional
