In order to realize high-value, green, and resource-based reuse of coal slime, the coal slime dryer with a daily processing capacity of 2,000 tons purchased by Shanxi Shuozhou customers from our company has been successfully put into operation recently with the joint efforts of both parties.
The Shanxi coal slime dryer project adopts high temperature hot air drying. The complete set of equipment consists of heat source equipment, dispersing feeder, conveyor, tumble dryer, dust collector, power distribution cabinet, etc. The whole production line has stable operation, large production capacity, fast drying speed, high heat utilization rate and low energy consumption. The dried coal slime is dry and wet evenly, and the combustion calorific value is higher.
