Recently, the beer lees dehydration drying equipment purchased by Wuhan customer from our company was delivered as scheduled, and the project was successfully put into production, which was highly praised by customers. This set of equipment has a large handling capacity and a tight schedule. The after-sales engineers of Zhengzhou Jiutian have clear thinking, skilled and methodical skills, and completed the equipment installation and commissioning on schedule.
The project includes a screw extrusion dehydrator and a rotary drum dryer. Due to the high water content of wet distiller’s grains, most of the water was removed by the beer lees dewatering screw press in the early stage, and then the beer lees rotary drum dryer was used to further reduce the moisture content to meet customer requirements. The launch of this set of equipment will add another successful case to the Wuhan market, further consolidating and enhancing the company's market influence. Zhengzhou Jiutian has insisted on "only high-quality projects" for more than ten years. Each project has undergone special technical design, strict accounting and review, and then enters the production and processing process. The production and processing has a strict supervision system and quality control system. Only after the test machine has passed the quality inspection can it be loaded into the car and left for the follow-up process. And every after-sales engineer has more than ten years or nearly ten years of after-sales experience, regardless of professional quality or technical level, to provide customers with reliable guarantee and backing.
