Focus on heavy equipment
Recently, another set of coal slime dryer in Zhengzhou Jiutian successfully passed the test machine and was officially put into operation in Guizhou. Tracking feedback from the site showed that the production capacity and fuel consumption of the equipment met the expected requirements of users, and the exhaust gas and dust concentration of the equipment met the emission standards. Our technicians are conducting technical operation management training for customer site operation and management personnel. The picture shows the operation site of the Guizhou slime dryer project.
Jiutian’s new slime dryer technology has been upgraded, changing the traditional single heating method to a diversified heating method, making more use of the resources available to users, providing clean heating and low cost. At the same time, according to the transformation of heating equipment, the configuration of the dust collector is no longer fixed and single, and the flexible design reduces power consumption and equipment cost. The output of slime dryer is also very large, with a daily production capacity of 3,000 tons. It has the characteristics of large output, wide application, safe and reliable operation.
