Lignite dryer is equipment mainly used for drying lignite, etc. The lignite drum dryer can reduce the moisture content of lignite to about 15%, with a high dehydration rate and a calorific value of about 4,500 kcal. The principle is to crush the raw coal to 0-50mm and then put it into a drum filled with high-temperature hot air of about 500C°. In the inclined rotating drum, the lifting plate on the drum wall makes the lignite travel stably in the drying cylinder to form a full-section curtain, allowing the flue gas and raw coal to fully exchange heat, thereby drying the lignite.
What are the uses of lignite dryers?
1. Drying of coal slime, raw coal, flotation clean coal, mixed clean coal and other materials in the coal industry;
2. Drying of blast furnace slag, clay, bentonite, limestone, sand, quartz stone and other materials in the construction industry;
3. Drying of various metal concentrates, waste residues, tailings and other materials in the mineral processing industry;
4. Drying of non-heat-sensitive materials in the chemical industry.
