Wood shavings can be used as bedding for animals, but freshly produced wood shavings have high moisture content, are prone to mold, and are not easy to store. Jiutian has launched a special wood shaving dryer, which can quickly reduce the moisture in the shavings to below 15% or lower to meet the needs of subsequent processes. This equipment is also suitable for drying bamboo fiber, bamboo powder, wood chips, sawdust and other materials.
The working process of the shavings dryer
The wet shavings enter the feeder, and before the discharge port of the feeder, the material is homogenized by the homogenizer, and the deblocking machine breaks up the material, and the loose material is sent into the feed port through the feeder, and is sucked into the dryer by the high-temperature hot air flow. The dried material enters the discharge system with the airflow, and the mixed debris is deposited in the deposition device and discharged regularly. After the material air is separated by the collector, the dry material is discharged into the cooling system by the closed air discharge device; after cooling The dry material enters the baler for packaging through the closed air discharge device. The tail gas discharged from the collector is discharged into the atmosphere, or part of the tail gas is recycled according to user conditions to improve thermal efficiency.
Jiutian specializes in the production of wood shaving dryers, which are evenly dried and of good quality, If you are interested in our equipment, please contact us.
