Although bean dregs are leftovers of soy products such as tofu and soy milk, its nutritional content is higher than that of many dregs. In Japan, a large amount of okara is incinerated. In Hong Kong, bean dregs are usually piled up as waste without any use. It can be seen that how to make better use of bean dregs has become an urgent problem to be studied and solved.

The bean dregs dryer production line produced by Zhengzhou Jiutian is a set of continuous bean dregs drying equipment designed and manufactured specifically for the drying and processing of by-product soybean dregs. The whole set of equipment consists of coal-fired hot air stove, feeding and discharging equipment, tumble dryer, high and low temperature pipelines, dust removal system, lifting conveying system, finished product cooling system, finished product warehouse, electric control system, steel frame and other equipment and institutions.
Okara has a moisture content of about 85%. It is a material with relatively high oiliness and viscosity. The moisture is not easy to be dried. Aiming at this physical characteristic, Zhengzhou Jiutian has developed a complete set of dewatering and drying equipment for soybean dregs, which can reduce the moisture content to below 10% at a time. In addition, the processing capacity is large and it can process 30-300 tons of fresh okara every day, which solves the problem that a large amount of okara cannot be stored and processed every day by bean farmers. In the whole drying process, the heat energy can be fully utilized, so that the bean dregs are heated evenly, the color of the dried bean dregs is good, the loss of nutrients is small, and the energy consumption is low. The dried bean dregs are easy to store and can be subjected to subsequent processing such as fermentation. It is the first choice for feeding pigs, ducks and chickens.
At present, our company has established bean dregs drying projects in many areas. If you are interested in bean dregs drying equipment or want to know more case details, please feel free to contact us.
Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
