Anthracite coal is an important clean energy source that produces almost no smoke during combustion and has a high calorific value. It is mainly used in the metallurgical industry and high-end civilian heating. However, anthracite raw coal has a high moisture content, usually above 12%, high moisture will reduce the calorific value of coal, increase transportation costs, and cause insufficient combustion. Therefore, before being used as an energy source for production, its moisture content must be reduced first.
The drying of anthracite coal adopts the rotary drying process, and the production line structure and drying process are as follows:
1. Feed tank: Wet anthracite enters the anthracite coal dryer through this inlet.
2. Rotating drum: The drum rotates slowly to fully expose the anthracite coal to the heat source inside the drum, and is uniformly heated and dried.
3. Hot air furnace: It provide heat source for drying anthracite, generate hot air blown into the drum, and provide necessary heat. The heat source can be natural gas, coal gas, diesel, or other fuels.
4. Lifting plate device: The lifting plate inside the drum lifts and evenly disperses the coal during rotation, effectively increasing the heating surface area of the coal and achieving efficient drying.
5. Exhaust and dust removal system: Exhaust the evaporated moisture during the drying process and collect coal dust, which is both environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
6. Intelligent control system: including sensors, monitors, and control panels, used to automatically control drying time, drying temperature, humidity, speed, and other parameters to ensure drying quality.
1. Temperature control: There is a possibility of organic matter volatilization during the drying process of anthracite, so the drying temperature is usually controlled at around 200 ℃, which can prevent the pyrolysis and volatilization of volatile components in anthracite.
2. Anti sticking wall scheme: Use a motor-driven mixing device to break the coal seam and prevent coal powder from clumping. Adding a crushing step during the drying process increases the specific surface area of coal powder and significantly improves the heat conduction efficiency.
