Paper pulp dryers are widely used in the papermaking industry and waste paper recycling industry, playing a key role in saving resources, reducing environmental pollution and improving the efficiency of the papermaking industry.
The pulp dryer consists of a hot air furnace, a feeding device, a dryer body, a discharging device, an induced draft fan, a dust removal device, a control cabinet, etc. The drying process is divided into three stages: 1. Breaking and crushing stage: After the wet pulp enters the dryer, it is broken up by a rotary rake crushing device and quickly dehydrated. 2. Countercurrent drying stage: The hot air flows in the opposite direction to the material to remove the bound water and improve the drying efficiency. 3. Uniform drying stage: The material moves forward in a reciprocating manner of "two steps forward and three steps back" in the cylinder to ensure uniform drying.
The pulp dryer adopts a multi-pass design to reduce heat loss and improve drying efficiency. The three-level sealing structure design reduces the spillage of smoke and dust. It has a large processing capacity and is suitable for various types of pulp, including chemical pulp, mechanical pulp, recycled pulp, etc.
Applications of pulp dryer
1. Papermaking industry
Used in pulping and papermaking, improving production efficiency and reducing raw material costs. Applicable to waste paper recycling production line, replacing traditional papermaking raw materials and reducing forest resource consumption.
2. Waste paper recycling
Processing waste paper into waste paper pulp through dryer and then importing it is more economical than directly investing in paper production line. Using recycled fiber commercial pulp deep dehydration molding technology to greatly reduce investment and operation costs
3. Other industries
Applicable to food, chemical, sludge treatment, plastic products and other fields.

Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
