In the beer production process, yeast is an indispensable fermentation agent, which helps convert maltose into alcohol and carbon dioxide, giving beer its unique flavor and bubbles. However, after the fermentation is over, a large amount of waste yeast will be produced. These waste yeasts contain high moisture content, which is not only difficult to store and transport, but may also cause environmental pollution. Therefore, how to deal with these waste yeasts efficiently and environmentally friendly has become an important issue facing the beer industry. As a specially designed equipment, the beer yeast dryer provides an effective solution to this problem.
Yeast dryers usually use indirect conduction heating to heat the material through heat sources such as steam or hot air, so that the moisture in the material is vaporized and discharged. During the drying process, the yeast is evenly spread on the conveyor belt of the dryer. As the conveyor belt moves, the yeast gradually enters the drying area. In the drying area, the heat source transfers heat to the yeast through the drying cylinder, air duct and other devices, so that the moisture inside it is evaporated by heat. At the same time, the exhaust system inside the dryer continuously discharges the hot air containing moisture to maintain a dry environment in the drying area.

Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
