Palm Press Fiber is the by-product or residue produced during the process of acquiring the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) from the Palm Fruit with the method of screw-press. It has fibrous nature and has color ranging from deep yellow to light brownish. For every 1 Metric Ton of Palm Fruit process, there will be about 12% - 13% of PPF produced or about 120kg – 130kg.
Since palm fiber contains a high amount of water, it needs to be dried professionally before it can be stored, transported, etc. Jiutian palm fiber dryer adopts new drying technology and is specially designed for long-fiber biomass raw materials. It can meet customers' expected dehydration, drying and reprocessing of fiber materials such as palm fibers and coconut fibers that are difficult to dry with ordinary drying equipment. Palm fiber dryer can ensure the quality of fiber during the drying process, making it a material with high added value. The system is safe, intelligent, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, efficient and high-yield.
There are many applications for dried palm fiber:
1. One of the biomass energy sources to replace diesel and thermal coal as power for steam boiler power plants.
2. An ingredient in the pulp and paper industry.
3. One of the key ingredients to enhance soil fertility.
4. A medium to remove unwanted impurities from palmitic acid oil.
In addition to palm fiber dryer, we also provide a full range of equipment such as crushing, granulation, carbonization, etc. If you are interested in the equipments, please contact us.
