  Working principle:

  Drying process: Let the liquid or slurry material form a film on the surface of the drum heated by water vapor or other heat carriers. The drum will be dried during one revolution. Use a scraper to scrape off the product, and the exposed drum surface will come into contact with the raw materials again. And form a thin film for drying.

  The drum scraper dryer uses a certain method to spread the liquid or paste material on the drum (hollow metal cylinder) with a 0.1~1.5mm film. The drum can be heated with steam, hot water or thermal oil. When the drum rotates once, the material will be dry and scraped off the surface of the cylinder by a special scraper. Drum scraper dryers generally rotate at a speed of 4 to 6 rpm.

  The drying of paste materials is to adjust the thickness of the material and compress the material layer. A material pressing shaft is installed on the side near the feeding device to make the material evenly spread on the drum. In order to make the material fall off more easily when the scraper is unloading, a cold air pipe can also be used to blow in a certain amount of cold air to cool the material before scraping.
