Focus on heavy equipment
Yesterday, the large-scale coal slime drying production line that Zhengzhou Jiutian cooperated with Russian customers was completed and officially shipped. The large-scale slime drying equipment for this project is tailor-made by our company according to the needs of customers. After passing the all-round and meticulous acceptance, a total of 24 vehicles will be sent to the destination for installation and debugging. The settlement of this project in Russia also marks the continuous advancement of our company's slime dryer in overseas markets.
Our coal slime dryer adopts the new technology of crushing and dispersing coal slime first and then thermally drying, which makes the slime treatment realize continuous, industrialization and automation, and the dried coal slime is widely used. Downstream drying is adopted to fully realize heat exchange and heat conversion, improve drying efficiency and heat utilization rate, and reduce tail gas temperature and tail gas dust emission concentration.
Zhengzhou Jiutian is a scientific and technological enterprise integrating R&D, design, production and sales in the drying industry. It focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of slime dryers, coal dryers, lignite dryers, slag dryers, and sludge dryers. It can provide integrated solutions for crushing, heat source, drying, and dust removal. If you are interested in our equipment, please contact us, we will provide you with a free design and quotation.
