Recently, the installation and commissioning of a complete set of cocopeat dryer equipment purchased by a Vietnamese customer from our company has been completed, and the joint commissioning and test work has been successfully completed, and it has now been officially put into production.
Since the signing of the project, the Jiutian technical team has provided customers with a better cocopeat drying process plan and equipment procurement plan based on the customer's production needs. The project adopts a complete drying production line including heat source, transportation, feeding, drying, dust removal, centralized control and other equipment. The project uses coconut shells as raw materials, and converts coconut peat into usable resources through processes such as coir fiber extraction-washing-dehydration-drying-briquetting, which can be used in soilless cultivation to realize resourceful and high-value reuse.
