Through previous negotiations with our company, the customer has signed a purchase contract for the coconut peat dryer. The main purpose of this visit was to test the dewatering effect of the Coconut Coir Dehydrator. After the dehydration test, the cocopeat belt dehydrator can reduce the moisture from 75% to 62-65%, customers are satisfied with our equipment.
Coconut peat is a coconut shell fiber powder that is processed coconut by-product or waste. It is a purely natural organic medium that is separated from the processing of coir. Dehydration of coconut peat is necessary because of the high water content of the coconut shell and the difficulty in preserving and transporting long images.

How does the Coconut Peat Dewatering Machine work? The material is conveyed through a conveyor to the hopper of the dewatering machine and placed evenly on the filter belt by an auger. The filter belt is leveled according to the height of the material layer by the operation of the device to make the thickness uniform. Then, the upper and lower annular filter belts are completely clamped, the material layer is clamped by the driving roller, and a pair of rollers in the dewatering zone are mechanically Press several times to press out a large amount of water. According to the characteristics of the material, the extrusion force is automatically adjusted to meet the customer's requirements for material moisture.
