Focus on heavy equipment
In a paper mill, paper pulp drying is a key step in the papermaking process, it direct impact the quality and production efficiency of the paper. There are mainly two methods of pulp drying: natural sun drying and mechanical drying. Natural drying is the most traditional methods, wet pulp is spread on a flat surface and dried by solar heat or natural wind. However, this method will be easily influenced by weather and site limitations, although it is economical but unsuitable for large-scale industrial production. Mechanical drying is a common method used by professional pulp manufacturers, primarily involving high-temperature hot air in drum dryers to remove moisture from wet pulp, which is well-suited for industrial mass production. The following section will focus on the mechanical drying method of pulp.
The purpose of pulp drying is to effectively remove moisture from the pulp, reduce its moisture content, facilitate transportation and storage, and enhance the resource utilization efficiency of the pulp. The paper pulp dryer is a rotary drum dryer specifically designed for wet pulp, delivering excellent drying performance. The complete set of equipment consists of a heating unit, belt conveyor, feeder, drum, discharger, dust collector, induced draft fan, and control system. These parts work together to complete the whole drying process. The paper pulp rotary dryer achieves rapid moisture evaporation by rotating the drum and circulating hot air, making the wet pulp to continuously tumble and be lifted within the drum, ensuring full contact with high-temperature hot air. It has high drying efficiency, the daily processing capacity can reach more than 100 tons, meeting the demands of large-scale production. The equipment can adjust operational parameters according to pulp characteristics (such as moisture content and viscosity) to adapt to the drying requirements of different types of pulp.

Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
