This is a full-automatic production line for processing raw coconut husks into standard coarse coconut husk bricks. Integrating feeding, cleaning, dewatering, drying, briquetting and packaging, it solves the problems of high salt, high moisture and inconvenient storage of raw coconut husks.
The finished coconut husk bricks are core substrates for soilless cultivation. Different from fine coco peat bricks, coarse coconut husk bricks feature high air permeability and fast drainage, effectively preventing root rot. They are widely used for flowers, fruits, vegetables and commercial greenhouse planting. The whole line features stable operation, low energy consumption and less labor input, ideal for large-scale coconut husk recycling processing.

Application:Turn bulk coconut husk into compact husk bricks for soilless cultivation, greenhouse planting and horticultural substrate supply.
After desalting washing and multi-roller dewatering, coconut husk with 50-65% moisture enters the single-layer dryer. Internal shovels keep stirring materials for even hot air contact without stacking. Moisture is lowered to 14-18% (adjustable). Dried husk is discharged evenly via screw conveyor. A special anti-uniform-drying fitting ensures consistent dryness for briquetting.
