Corn distillers grains(DDGS) are waste residues produced by fermentation of corn as raw material to produce alcohol. They are rich in nutrients and are high-quality raw materials for feed processing. However, fresh corn ddgs have a large water content and are difficult to transport and store, so they need to be dried. How to quickly dry corn distillers grain?
The corn distillers grain dryer is developed and produced by Zhengzhou Jiutian according to the characteristics of corn distiller's grains. It can efficiently process corn distiller's grains, with large production capacity and high quality. Its process flow: After the wet corn ddgs are transported to the dryer by the conveyor, they are evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with hot air under the flipping of the evenly distributed lifting plates in the drum, which speeds up the heat transfer and mass transfer of drying. During the drying process, the distiller's grains are discharged to the star-shaped unloading valve at the other section of the dryer to discharge the dried product under the action of the inclined lifting plate and the heat medium.
Corn distiller's grains have high protein content, low crude fiber content, and high fat content. The dried distiller's grains are used as raw materials for compound feed, and have good palatability for animals. They are a high-quality animal feed additive. We have many ddgs drying projects, if you are interested in, please contact us and learn more.
Potato starch residue, a byproduct of potato processing, is often considered waste. However, with the right approach, it can be transformed into a profitable resource. One of the most effective ways to monetize potato starch residue is by using a potato r
The coal slime dryer is a specialized industrial equipment designed to reduce the moisture content in coal slime, a by-product of coal washing and processing. With the increasing demand for efficient energy utilization and environmental protection, the co
South America is endowed with abundant biomass resources that offer immense potential for renewable energy. The continent’s rich forests, expansive agricultural lands, and energy crops provide an excellent foundation for a robust biomass pellet production
Okara, also known as soybean pulp, is a byproduct of tofu and soy milk production. Although rich in fiber and protein, fresh okara has a high moisture content (about 80%), making it highly perishable. To extend its shelf life and enhance its usability in
