The chicken manure dryer uses fresh livestock manure as raw material. After dehydration, dust removal, purification, high temperature drying, concentration and crushing, disinfection and sterilization, decomposition and deodorization, etc., the livestock manure with a moisture content of up to 70%-80% can be dried to a safe storage moisture of 13% at one time, the whole process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing the pollution to the environment during the drying process.

In the process of material drying: the wet material is sent to the hopper by the belt conveyor or the bucket elevator, and then enters the feeding end through the feeding pipeline through the feeding machine of the hopper. The inclination of the feeding pipeline should be greater than the natural inclination of the material, so that the material can flow into the dryer smoothly. A tumble dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal. The material is added from the higher end, the heat carrier enters from the low end, and is in countercurrent contact with the material, and some heat carrier and material flow into the cylinder together. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material runs to the bottom end by gravity. During the forward movement of the wet material in the cylinder, the heat is directly or indirectly obtained from the heat carrier, so that the wet material is dried, and then sent out through a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor at the discharge end. A copy board is installed on the inner wall of the cylinder, and its function is to copy and sprinkle the material, so that the contact surface between the material and the air flow increases, so as to improve the drying rate and promote the advancement of the material.

Coffee grounds are the residue produced after brewing coffee. More than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed worldwide every day, and most of the coffee grounds are discarded as garbage. The decomposition of coffee grounds releases methane into the atmos
Livestock farms generate a large amount of pollutants every day, including cow dung, urine, and other contaminants, with a moisture content ranging from 85% to 90%. These pollutants contain a substantial amount of undigested organic matter and insect eggs
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are fibrous agricultural waste left over from palm oil extraction and can be processed into biomass fuel. The initial moisture content of palm fruit bunches is usually high (55-65%), and the moisture needs to be reduced to 15% be
Sawdust pellets are a type of biomass fuel with high density and high calorific value, it can replace traditional fossil fuels, reduce pollution, and achieve resource recycling. To produce sawdust pellets, drying is usually an indispensable step, because
