The installation and commissioning of a sugar beet pulp drying project in Almaty, Kazakhstan—a key overseas initiative for Jiutian Machinery—is currently underway. Designed to handle a raw material throughput of 29.2 tons per hour, the system processes sugar beet pulp with an initial moisture content of up to 75%, drying it down to a final moisture content of 14% or less.

As a by-product of the sugar industry, sugar beet pulp is characterized by high moisture content and a tendency to spoil, making it challenging to manage. Through the Jiutian drying system, this pulp is transformed into high-quality feed, enabling the resource recovery of solid waste. This helps local clients enhance the value of their resources while alleviating the burden of environmental waste disposal.

The project team traveled abroad to oversee on-site construction, which proceeded smoothly without any issues during implementation or trial runs; the system is operating in a stable and controlled manner. The successful execution of this project marks another milestone for Jiutian Machinery in the Central Asian biomass drying sector, further strengthening the company’s footprint in overseas markets.
